Few studies have investigated factors influencing students' continuance intention to use e-learning systems based on expectation-confirmation model (ECM). However, many of them have not examined all factors from ECM and that of information system success model (ISSM); rather, they picked few from both models. The crucial gap of this study is to integrate all factors from ECM and that of ISSM and propose a model for continuance intention to use e-learning systems and validates the proposed model using a sample of 424 drawn from students in four HLIs in Tanzania (i.e., IFM, CBE, DIT, and IAA). The structural equation modelling (SEM) technique was employed in analysing the collected data. The findings of this study reveal that satisfaction is the strongest predictor of students' continuance intention. Furthermore, two quality factors (information and system) are significant exogenous predictors of students' continuance intention. The resulting model showed significantly enhanced explained variance. The implications of this study and its limitations are also discussed.

Recently, there has been speedy development of mobile technologies and an increase in diffusion of smartphones among young people. This has provided opportunities for innovative companies to create new payment solutions to their young customers. Although there has been a lot of coverage on consumer acceptance of mobile payments, only limited studies in Tanzania provide guidelines for NFC technology acceptance. This study aimed at examining factors influencing the acceptance of NFC technology in Tanzania using young customers (students). Current research modifies UTAUT framework based on existing literature to achieve the stated purpose. The snowball sampling technique was used to select 405 students from the IFM. SEM was employed in the analysis of collected data. The findings reveal that both security and trust are significant and positively affect adoption of NFC technology in Tanzania. Surprisingly, the results also indicated that the combination of social influence and security explains 84% of the trust. The implication, limitations, and future studies were also discussed.

More than six million people died of the COVID-19 by April 2022. The heavy casualties have put people on great and urgent alert, and people have tried to find all kinds of information to keep them from being infected by the coronavirus. This research tries to find out whether the mobile health text information sent to people's devices is correct as smartphones have become the major information source for people. The proposed method uses various mobile information retrieval and data mining technologies including lexical analysis, stopword elimination, stemming, and decision trees to classify the mobile health text information to one of the following classes: (1) true, (2) fake, (3) misinformative, (4) disinformative, and (5) neutral. Experiment results show the accuracy of the proposed method is above the threshold value 50% but is not optimal. It is because the problem, mobile text misinformation identification, is intrinsically difficult.

Mobile phones are used to perform various activities in SMEs. The reliance on mobile technology is even more fuelled by the low ICT readiness in the majority of developing nations like poor infrastructures, lack of formal policy frameworks, and lack of reliable electric power supply. While mobile phones are continuously produced and used, some factors influence their usage in various contexts. One of the factors which has not been investigated in the SMEs context is personal image. This research closes this gap by assessing whether Image can potentially be a factor of concern when employees of SMEs use mobile phones for work. This study employs a survey with SEM and AMOS for analysis. The theoretical model was formulated by extending TAM. Among others, the results show that image tends to significantly influence the perceived usefulness of mobile phones in SME settings.
