Abstract

Small to medium enterprises (SMEs) are businesses that nourish revenues, assets, or number of employees below an unquestionable threshold. In emerging of market economies, SMEs are the engine of economic development because of their great entrepreneurial spirit. It is artefact that everyone is appreciating because of its latest innovations. Social media is a communal phrase for websites and applications which crisp on multiple things like communicating, sharing content, collaboration, elevate their product and to stay in touch with their family and friends (Painoli et al, 2021). There are much of popular sites like: Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter. These days, in the era of digital world SMEs entrepreneurs are using the different platforms to amplify their performance they are affixing their business with these sites so, that their business outstretch at global level as well as they flatter more successful. So, in this research we are exploring the SME performance while adopting social media. Its roles as well as challenges will using these sites will also be explained. As for many people these things are very unique and different as well as latest marketing tool through which they can bring off goals in a more effective way. Many of the business man take it as a new opportunity for themselves which have a probable to associate as well as popularization of their brand among half of the world. Recently, professional social media campaigns are being instigated for enhancing the performance. As for holding out the right people you need right tools. Best ones tools are being picked out by them to be successful in their business via social media.
