She has specialization in Human resource Management and Strategic Management and a blended experience of Industry and Academics of 19 years. Her research interests includes-Training Assessment, Industrial Psychology, Perception assessment, Talent Change Management, Leadership effectiveness with role of Spirituality in Leadership. She has authored 88 papers, 6 books. An accredited Trainer from ISTD, she has conducted sessions on Behavioral and HR aspects with PSU’S and private organization. She is also member of ISTD, NHRD, AIMA and the Editorial board member of reputed journals.
