LaToya D. Cesar

LaToya Cesar , as the Assistant Director of the TRIO Talent Search Programs at North Carolina State University, has a passion for student success. Her 14-year career with the federal TRIO programs is dedicated to serving as an advocate for equal access to higher education for traditionally underserved communities in North Carolina (NC). Ms. Cesar also serves as the executive board member for NC TRIO (NCCEOP), a not-for-profit professional development organization for TRIO professionals in NC.
