James Dillard

James Dillard holds three Bachelors in Liberal Studies, History, and Philosophy, a Masters in History, and a Doctorate in Education focusing on Curriculum and Instruction with an additional specialty in Instructional Design. He is currently pursuing a second Masters in Strategic Studies.
