Abstract

The diverse sectors of the economy are subject to transformational processes in the digital economy. The reason for the rapid digital progress based on a functioning mechanism and the great attention to this transformation are the only economic reasons for reducing the costs of the transformation elements that are present in every product and, along with the transformation, affect mainly all sectors of the economy. For example, in the European Union there is a Permanent Forum on the digital teaching of environmental disciplines. In authors' opinion, the existing transformation models are extremely useful in connection with the decision of Russia and the EAEU member countries on the transformation of Digital Economy. This chapter sets the task of managing on the basis of avatars and developing neural multifunctional technological platforms for transformation processes in Digital Economy as based on the analysis of world experience in the use of digital technologies in teaching environmental disciplines and Triple H Avatar.

Introduction And Background

Extensive literature is devoted to the use of digital technologies in the teaching of environmental disciplines. Consider some relevant publications of scientists from different countries on this topic. First of all, we note that the focus is not on teaching ecology as a scientific discipline, but rather on teaching the fundamentals of ecological culture to a wide audience, including primary and secondary school students, university students of various profiles, trainees, retraining courses, etc. In addition, it is often a question of including elements of environmental education in courses that are not directly related to ecology or biology. It can be such objects as cultural studies, physical education, music, foreign languages, etc. Moreover, since ecology is considered as an element of general culture, in many cases we are talking about taking into account national or local characteristics of the students' culture, into which they should be “embedded” elements of environmental culture.

Here are some examples of such “nationally-oriented” methodologies. So, in an article (Bartasson, & Saito, 2015), the authors consider ways of teaching the basics of biodiversity to students in the 6th grade of a comprehensive school in Brazil. A special computer program (PROBIO-EE) is described, with the help of which students build special “conceptual maps”, which helps them to understand the importance of preserving the diversity of nature - which, of course, is very important for Brazil with its very rich and unique, but at the same time the time is very fragile tropical flora and fauna, despite the fact that local folk culture is more inherent in the idea of exploiting natural objects, rather than protecting them.

In the paper (Debes & Oznacar, 2018), also devoted to the problems of education in the Amazon, the situation is considered in a more general perspective: how can digitalization improve the level of education of the population of the region? It is emphasized that no financial injections into the equipment of local schools will give the desired result without a systematic approach to the use of computer technology, without competent management of the educational process that specifically takes into account the new opportunities introduced by digital technologies.

The article (Fish & Syed, 2018) contains suggestions for revising the structure of educational programs for US Indians. The educational program is proposed to be based on some ecosystem models (expressed in the form of specially designed information environments) that reflect, to a large extent, the traditional attitude of these ethnic groups.

Environmental education in Mozambique in conditions of high migration activity of the population (associated with both rapid social changes and urban growth, and with the remaining nomadic traditions of a part of the population) is considered in the article (Tumbo, 2018). It is shown that the latest digital technologies open up fundamentally new opportunities, in particular, thanks to effective telecommunication facilities, and, naturally, contribute to a new outbreak of interest in various forms of distance education.

Nepal's unique experience in developing digital environmental education is described in (Tapa & Sein, 2018). It is shown how the national program “to every student - a laptop” works in a mountainous landscape with significant territorial and cultural isolation of certain regions of the country. It is noted that for developing countries, even a very modest improvement in the material and methodological support of schools can lead to a noticeable increase in the level of education.
