Editor/Author Biographies
Vikas Kumar received M Sc. in Electronics from Kurukshetra University, Haryana, India. This was followed by M Sc in Computer Science and further Ph. D. from the same university. Along with the two books, He has more than 100 research papers to his credit in various national and international conferences and journals. His areas of interest include Cloud Computing, ICT for Development and Electronic Communication.
Jakob Svensson is holding a position of associate professor in Media and Communication Studies at Uppsala University. Dr. Svensson directs the MA program in Digital Media and Society. His research focuses on two main areas, political participation on digital media platforms and mobile communication in developing regions.
