1- The importance of research is due to the great role that voluntary work plays in the lives of individuals and societies during periods of wars and crises, as it is a basic, necessary and important mean in meeting peoples’ needs, filling gaps and deficiencies, and working to treat the problems that they present in various areas of economic, social, cultural, security and other life that governments do not appreciate alone under those circumstances to face it alone.
2- The lack of studies that dealt with the big and pivotal role that voluntary work plays during periods, when society is exposed to wars and crises.
