Weston Mwashita

Weston Mwashita is with Vaal University of Technology (VUT) in South Africa. He obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) at the University of South Africa and went on to complete his Master of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) at the same university. He obtained PhD degree from Vaal University of Technology in 2022. He is a registered member of the South Africa Institute of Electrical Engineers, a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a member of Namibia Engineering Council, an associate member of Engineering Professions of Namibia. He has authored several publications. His research focus areas are Internet of Things, Device-to-Device Communications, Green Cellular Networks and Wireless Sensor Networks.
