Tracy E. Sinclair

Tracy E. Sinclair is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Special Education Program, Educational Psychology Department at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Sinclair teaches courses in assessment, exceptionality for general educators, classroom management, and works with preservice student teachers. Prior to her career in higher education, she was a classroom teacher for 13 years at the elementary and secondary levels in both general and special education.
