Tolga Pusatli

Tolga Pusatli is an associate professor and vice director of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences at Cankaya University. He obtained his Ph.D. in information systems from University of Newcastle (Australia) in 2009. Cyber security, e-Government, online commerce, geographic information systems and electronic health records are amongst his fields of interest.
