Sehar Zulfiqar is an Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management at National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan. Her research interests include Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her research mainly focuses on understanding how and when individual and organizational factors affect human behavior in the workplace. Her work has been presented and published at international conferences and journals.
