S. Angalaeswari

Dr. S. Angalaeswari is a faculty member of the School of Electrical Engineering at VIT, Chennai. She possesses over 18 years of teaching experience. Dr. Angalaeswari earned a gold medal in her M.E degree from Anna University and received the Best Project Award for her undergraduate-level project from "The National Council of Engineering – New Delhi." She has authored more than 100 international journal and conference papers, a book titled "Electric Circuit Analysis," as well as patents and book chapters. Furthermore, she has organized over 100 events, including workshops, seminars, faculty development programs, and conferences. Dr. Angalaeswari has played a pivotal role in establishing the MSME certified Center for Industrial Automation Laboratory, valued at Rs.35 lakhs, in collaboration with CDCE Automation Pvt. Ltd, Chennai. She has successfully trained over 70 students in this course. Dr. Angalaeswari has completedto five consultancy projects, working with Daewon India Auto Parts for the Online Vision Inspection Poke Yoke system with unlimited storage, Sekisui DLJM Molding Pvt. Ltd for designing a drilling machine for the 06M Rear Fender, TVS Motors Hosur, Kovai Ortho, and Tonglit Pvt. Ltd. Her research areas include renewable energy sources, integration of distributed sources into the grid, and optimization techniques for controller design in radial distributed systems, among others.
