Ruhi Sarangal

Ruhi Sarangal is currently associated with Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University Punjab, India as an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics. She is very Passionate about her interest for Teaching. She has her research interest in the domain of Advertisement and Marketing Including Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Consumer Response Behaviour, Ethics and Privacy issues in Social media marketing. She has been earlier associated with Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, Mohali, India as an Assistant Professor- BBA program. She also has a rich experience of working with Punjabi University (as an Assistant Professor) and Guru Nanak Dev University (as a JRF and SRF). She is well versed with research and data analytics tools like, IBM SPSS, AMOS and SEM. As an ingenious researcher, she has presented research papers in various national & international conferences, seminars and attended workshops at institutions of repute. She has published research articles in various UGC listed journals and also have several book chapters to her account.
