Rene Cintron

René Cintrón transitioned during the making of this book to be the Assistant Vice President of Academic Programs and Institutional Research with Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS). Before joining LCTCS, he was with one of the 13 colleges managed and supported by LCTCS, Delgado Community College. There, he served in various positions including Instructor of Business, Assistant Dean of Business and Technology, and Executive Director of Planning and Research. He received his MBA in Management from American InterContinental University in 2004, earned his Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University in 2009. Dr. Cintrón, a U.S. Air Force veteran, has taught classes in the military, secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels; in-person, online, and blended environments. He has been actively involved in curriculum design and several research projects including evaluating organizational effectiveness and student success in non-traditional learning environments.
