Quatavia McLester

Quatavia McLester is a PhD candidate in the Business and Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology – Washington, D.C. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Applied Statistics and Data Analysis from Kennesaw State University. She is currently serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a mental healthcare service provider. Her research interests include processes and outcomes of organizational development and change at the individual, group, and systems levels within the healthcare field, the effects of destructive leadership within organizations, and the use of healthcare technology in the mental healthcare space.
