Mikael Berndtsson

Dr. Mikael Berndtsson is an Associate Professor in Informatics at the University of Skövde, Sweden. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Exeter, UK, where the thesis focused on synthesizing research from active databases and distributed artificial Intelligence. Mikael has been co-editor of two international workshop proceedings and the main author of a book on thesis projects.

Current research focuses on how organizations scale advanced analytics to become data-driven organizations. In particular, recent projects have focused on best practices for pilot projects, developing suitable scaling strategies, and improving the maturity level of data-driven culture in teams.
