Kakul AghaKakul Agha is an Associate Professor at Skyline University College, Sharjah, UAE. She is a PhD from Aligarh Muslim University India; MBA(HR); PG in Higher Education Professional Practice from Coventry University, UK, and carries 24 years of experience in India, Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates. She has published cases, book-chapters and research articles in Management, HRM, Work-life-balance and education domains. She headed the Linking MED-GULF, Erasmus-Mundus Project, Sultanate of Oman in collaboration with University of Barcelona. She provides consultancy in HRM especially Work-Life Integration and Happiness to managerial, non-managerial, academic and non-academic professionals and conducts Boot camps for students. She has a podcast channel “The Business Bubbles” on Spotify highlighting her business track podcasts. She is a Certified Trainer on Happiness and Work-life balance having 3 certifications from University of Berkeley, US.
