Javier Garzás

Javier Garzás is the chief technology officer at Oficina de Cooperación Universitaria (OCU) in Madrid, Spain. He is also a lecturer at the University of Castilla – La Mancha, Spain. He had experience in software-related fields through several companies, and obtained his MSc and Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Castilla – La Mancha.
