Ingrid Ruffin

Ingrid Ruffin is a U.S. Air Force veteran. Ingrid holds a B.A. in English (2007), as well as M.A. degrees in English (2009) and Masters in Library and Information Studies (2011), from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She is an Associate Professor and Head of the Learning Commons at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Her research interests include equitable leadership, empowered management, and creativity in the higher education.
