Fatma Selin Sak

Fatma Selin Sak received her bachelor's degree from the Department of Civil Air Transportation Management in 2010 and her master's degree from the department of aviation management in 2015 with her thesis “Analyzing the profiles and preferences of airline passengers traveling for holiday purposes with geographical information systems: Antalya example”. It is understood that she graduated from Anadolu University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Civil Aviation Management in 2020 with his thesis “The role of experience in the effect of customer value co-creation behavior on customer satisfaction: the example of Sabiha Gökçen Airport”. Besides having sector experience in the field of Civil Aviation, she also has various studies on airline and airport marketing.
