David Binet

David Binet graduated from Telecom-Lille 1 and senior expert on inter access mobility technologies in France Telecom. He first worked on IPv6 technologies for Home Networking services. He has contributed on several French and European collaborative projects in mobility area and convergence issues. Involved in Research and pre-deployment projects, he is the author of several patents and he has contributed to the writing of papers for international conferences. Besides the leading of IPv6 projects, he was responsible for several research contracts with universities and contribute to IETF activities on seamless mobility topics. He participated in several collaborative projects funded by French government and European commission. He currently chairs Mobile WG in France Telecom IPv6 program and is an IP architect involved in IP/MPLS core networks architectures deployment in Orange affiliates.
