Camelia Cmeciu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at the Danubius University of Galati, Romania. Her research interests cover semiotics, organizational and political communication, advertising discourse, and linguistics.She is the editor-in-chief of the journal s of Communication. Her work on social semiotics, organizational discourse, and political discourse appears in academic journals like Public Relations Review, International Journal of Humanities and Social Science, European Legacy, Towards New Paradigms, and Journal of Media Studies.
