Andrew J. Wefald is an Associate Professor in the Staley School of Leadership Studies at Kansas State University. He has a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. His research focuses on leadership, leadership coaching, and listening and empathy as leadership skills.
