Alex Romagnoli

Alex Romagnoli , Ph.D., is the interim associate dean of the School of Education and associate professor of English Education. Romagnoli has also served as the chair of Special Education. In addition to previously teaching composition at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Alex also taught high school English at East Stroudsburg High School South. He is the co-author of Enter the Superheroes: American Values, Culture, and the Canon of Superhero Literature and has also published various chapters and articles in both books and academic journals. His research interests include multimodality, multiliteracies, graphic novels in academic contexts, and popular culture.
